Non-independent holiday home in a charming Tuscan farmhouse set in the beautiful landscape of the Val di Chiana, just 2 km from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino.

There is a large enclosed garden, parking and a shared swimming pool overlooking Castiglion Fiorentino and surrounded by lavender and rosemary bushes, olive groves and centuries-old oaks.

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday, to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside and the beauty of the many picturesque historic villages in the surrounding area.

The property has been recently renovated to offer authentic and enchanting surroundings, without forgetting the comforts.

In the nearby Castiglion Fiorentino (2 km) you can find all the services you need, moreover the property is only 10 minutes away from the railway station which will allow you to easily reach many places to visit during your holiday. Supermarket 500 m away

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer tollen Umgebung und Wohnung

Wir haben im August eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war trotz des sehr warmen Wetters angenehm kühl. Da wir gerne selber kochen, hat uns die gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien sehr gut gefallen. Auch haben wir von Fausto und Flavia gute Tips für den Einkauf von Wein und Lebensmitteln bekommen.

Großzügiges Appartement, nette Gastgeber, ruhige Lage mit Ausblick

Kleine Einheit mit großem Apartment für zwei und kleinem Haus für vier Personen. Garten mit Ausblick auf Castiglion Fiorentino. Pool hinter dem Haupthaus mit Liegen und Schirmen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, problemloser Checkin und Kontaktaufnahme. Appartement ist mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt, die Aussicht und die Ruhe genossen.

Terrific place.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment, which is the ground floor of a traditional Tuscan home. It has been elegantly restored and provides high quality comfort and ambiance. The grounds at the front of the house are shared as is the pool in the olive groves in the back of the property. The owners are super helpful with many great recommendations for places to visit and especially spot on with restaurant suggestions in the area. We were there for the local Cultural Vintage festival - the whole town of Casteglion Fiorentino was all decked out in vintage style and accompanied by excellent music. It was great fun! And nearby towns of Cortona and Arezzo, and many charming villages are within a short drive. This is a perfect location to explore culture, architecture, wineries and ancient sites. We highly recommend staying here.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und es war alles wunderbar - eine tolle Mischung aus Entspannung am Pool mit schöner Aussicht und Ausflügen in die vielen schönen Städte in der Umgebung. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns einige Tipps gegeben und uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen, was super war. Gerne wieder!

Echt een aanrader. Werden netjes door de eigenaar bij het station opgehaald. zeer gastvrij ontvangst. Geweldig huis met en mooi uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Echt een plek om tot rust te komen. Mooie dorpjes, stadjes in de buurt. Eigenaar gaf advies van leuke plaatjes om te bezichtigen en goede restaurants om heerlijk te gaan eten. Wij gaan er zeker nog eens naar terug.

Es war ein typisch, italienisches Urlaubserlebnis. Das Essen, das Wetter, die schöne Toscana, unser Vermieter, das Städtchen. Einfach Urlaub. Zu empfehlen ist allerdings ein Insektenschutzmittel für die Haut......es gab viel Schnaken!! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Einrichtung, sowie den Geschirren und Bestecken, es war von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Wir alle hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.
