"This place is a little outside of Florence but it is exceptional. You can walk to Zambra train station and catch a train into Florence for 1.60 Euros. The train station Santa Maria Novella is right down town Florence. The breakfast here was included and it was excellent. lots of variety and very good coffee. We checked out at 11:00 but our flight to Athens wasn’t until 6:30. Our luggage was stored by the hotel staff, we were given pool towels and spent the day by the pool, with tons of shade and on the beautiful grounds here. The front desk arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. The little pool restaurant opens up for dinner at 7:00 and the food was great. Pasta, pizza and a bottle of wine was 52 Euros. "

"Very accomodating, we arrived super late because of traffic, the night guard accomodate us and take care of our check in smoothly. Salute to the night guard. We enjoy our day the room is clean and complete. "

"Value for money in a beautiful art deco building. Close to train and bus, both about 20 minutes from Bologna Central. High ceilings, individual balconies overlooking lush gardens with fountain and waterfall. Central dining/breakfast area nicely appointed, but only the one area, plus and outside casual dining area not available when we visited in May 25. Breakfast is included. Rooms are small but clean. Village shops and restaurants are still gearing up for summer with many renovations going on, and the train line undergoing some sort of major construction. Easy to envisage it thriving in a few months time. "
