Located in the residential area and level of Castiglione del Lago on Lake Trasimeno -Perugia is ideal for families and for people interested in learning the cultural sites nearby such as Assisi, Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, Città della Pieve, Gubbio, Perugia ...

It is located in front of a quiet park with a soccer field and playground area in the pine forest.
Parking in front of the house.

Fireplace, two bathrooms, three bedrooms (one with bunk beds), large living room (with the possibility of increasing the number of beds with 2 sofas), kitchen and kitchenette, 4 balconies.

Séjour parfaitement réussi.
Tout était conforme à l'annonce. Appartement très propre, bien situé, calme, facilité pour faire les courses.. Les propriétaires sont charmants, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Location à recommander..

Una bella vacanza
Siamo due coppie di 26 anni che hanno affittato la casa a Castiglione del Lago per la settimana di capodanno. Cercavamo un posto tranquillo dove rilassarsi ed effettivamente l'abbiamo trovato. Castiglione è facilmente raggiungibile, ben fornito da tutti i servizi e la gente del posto è molto cordiale e disponibile. Il lago e il centro storico sono bellissimi. Il parcheggio davanti a casa è una cosa che abbiamo apprezzato insieme alla cortesia e alla disponibilità dei proprietari. La casa è molto spaziosa e, anche se l'arredamento è un po' datato, ha tutto quello che serve. La presenza del camino ci ha permesso di cucinare e di creare un' atmosfera calda e accogliere. La legna è facilmente reperibile a poca distanza. La casa è dotata di molti confort dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie. Passiamo ai lati negativi. Il forno è a gas e le televisioni hanno il tubo catodico con conseguente difficoltà ad attaccare la play! Una nota negativa, che non riguarda però i proprietari, è la vicina del piano di sopra la quale spesso girava con i tacchi e abbiamo pensato scherzosamente di regalarle un paio di ciabatte. Se dovessimo tornare a Castiglione sceglieremmo senza dubbio di nuovo questo appartamento.
