Casa Roda – Your Home by Lake Trasimeno, Between Umbria and Tuscany

Casa Roda is located in Castiglione del Lago, right on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, in a prime spot between Umbria and Tuscany.



You’ll find 109 sqm designed for comfort: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 extra guests, a bathroom with shower, and an additional half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped—from induction hob to coffee machine with included capsules. There’s a washing machine, heating, fast Wi-Fi, and a workspace for those who wish to work while on holiday.



In summer, the heart of the house is outdoors: the terrace and private garden with gazebo, table, and barbecue are perfect for al fresco dining. The area offers unforgettable sunsets over Lake Trasimeno and nearby Lake Chiusi, two of the most beautiful views in central Italy.



The house is about 10 km from the Chiusi motorway exit, close to charming towns and cities like Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, and Orvieto. We’ll be happy to share our favorite local spots.
