"When we arrived the gate to the hotel was locked. Called the hotel and then a person drove up and helped us to check in. He was very nice. The hotel is very old, but a decent place to stay for a night."

"Nice hotel in a great location, very close to Pienza’s historic center. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast could be improved, particularly in terms of the variety of hot food available. The daily parking fee was also somewhat expensive."
