"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. "Flawless stay, absolutely stunning hotel and grounds, matched by wonderful attention from every member of the team who made our stay completely memorable. Room exceeded our expectations- spacious, cool and very comfortable, beautifully designed with gorgeous bed. We loved the breakfast options- hot and cold choices, including many homemade options which were delicious. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature, surrounded by nature- it was a perfect environment for us to relax and soak up the warmth. Genuinely sad to leave and already planning our return. What a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff who clearly love what they do. Cannot recommend highly enough!! "
