"Beautiful serene property right off the ocean and a river. The ocean is not a beach for swimming but the resort has a pool. Peaceful lush environment. An amazing staff all around. Sernita was very friendly and always went out of her way to satisfy our needs. Ellen was very knowledgeable about the island’s plants and allowed us to harvest to make our own unique teas. "The host was chill, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We paid for the shuttle service which was very convenient. The location is within walking distance from many great sites, including Trafalgar falls. I'd recommend staying for more than 1 night to really enjoy the area. The spa and natural pools in the river where perfectly refreshing. There is no bug net, but the fan did the trick and there weren't many biting bugs around anyway. I'd highly recommend the dinner! The portions are generous!"

"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...
