"Room was as expected from listing. Could do with more storage for ski clothes for 4 people but was very nice. The pool and spa area is amazing and the restaurants onsite were great. A simple 10 minute bus straight upto the hill made it an easy stay. "

"My wife and I are always cautious when places do not have a lot of good reviews or very few, as we have had bad experiences in the past. This place did not have many reviews but we decided to give it a chance. Incredibly breathtaking is all we can say. The room was amazing, the view was postcard worthy, and everyone at the property was great! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and can’t not wait to stay here again. Thanks again for being a great host. "

"Location is perfect. Condo is updated. Staff pleasant and helpful. Negatives are the bedrooms are very small with no closet or dresser. Also, the delivery trucks for the grocery are right below the rooms and the trash / recycle truck comes nearly every morning by 8 for multiple loads. The hot tubs were broken the entire time we were there, so that was disappointing. The closest free parking is about a 7 minute walk."

"This was my third stay at Caribou Lodge, and yet again it was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, staff were helpful and friendly, helping with anything I needed or asked, which as a solo traveller is always reassuring. The room was clean and well maintained, bed and pillows comfortable - perfect after long days hiking and exploring the local area. The hot pool and sauna were also very welcome amenities after the hikes! Location wise, it's a 10 minute walk into the main downtown area, but it's an easy walk - or the Roam bus is just outside. "

"We stayed at the Fairmont Chateau the first week of June 2025...it is an amazing property...magical is the only word to describe the breauty of the property. We were greeted to a wonderful bottle of prosecco and a scrumptous lemon chocolate tart in celebration of our 50th anniversary. The property has a wide array of restaurants from the $$$$$ to $$$. The staff and food at all of them were excellent! The hotel staff was friendly and went above the service one experiences at other hotels...from setting up your luggage to fetching a bucket of ice...can't wait to return! Texas "
