"Beautiful room and heated floor bathroom! Close to all tourist spots. Staff was amazing. We stored our luggage when we arrived and went to Quinto. The breakfast was the best in Sintra with the highlight freshly squeezed OJ. Highly recommended this hotel, we would stay here again. "

"Reception had no staffs when we arrived around 4 PM, we had a hard time getting the luggage which we dropped off earlier. Fortunately a neighbour helped us to call and finally the problem was resolved."

"Room was clean with a lovely view. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shops in the historic center. Arrival was confusing as you have to go up a ramp. The reception is in a building next door with a different hotel name, as is breakfast if you book breakfast with them. There was no signage directing guests to go to the next building. The area was very walkable safe and close to taxi, bus and uber pick up points."

"Beautiful hotel not far from the historic district, an easy walk to restaurants and the National Palace. Room was clean but a bit odd - we had a lovely terrace with nice seating and outdoor kitchen and shower. Shared the terrace with some peacocks. Breakfast was excellent and each evening there was wine and cheese on the hotel terrace. Area near the hotel was nicely maintained but the extensive gardens were in disrepair, presumably from the awful storms last January. Would be even better if the garden paths were open."

"The apartment was really nice. A lovely bedroom area with en suite and really nice conservatory with dining table and chairs. Unfortunately we did not expect the 'shared kitchen' to be right outside our door and consist of a fridge, microwave, toaster etc at the end of the corridor right outside our door. There is plenty of room in the conservatory room to have a small kitchen area. Also there is a dreadful drain smell coming from the bathroom. We managed to alleviate it enough to live with it by leaving the sink plug in and blocking the overflow. We couldnt access Netflix or YouTube on the T.V."
