"Just outside of town, but only minutes away. Condo was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Pool was nice after a day of hiking in the hot sun. Very quiet area. I had trouble (my fault) lighting the grill and the owner/manager responded and came immediately to help. I didn't wait 5 minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!"

"The location is slightly out of the main town, which made it much quieter and more comfortable for us. We like to be away from the crowds downtown. The garage made load and unload simple! We would definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet and comfortably furnished. The only comment we would make about the kitchen is that there is salt and pepper only. We just cooked breakfast before we headed out for the day's adventures, so that was fine for us. But if you are a family planning on cooking...

"We loved being about 5 miles out of Moab in a quieter area. We had easy access to Arches/Canyonlands and Bears Ears Monument. The complex was quiet when we were there. We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy sitting outside both on the front porch and back areas. The pool was fairly crowded with families and young kids enjoying it.
