We stayed at the property for a week and loved it! It was very comfortable, clean and close to the activities that we wanted to see.

The facility was overall nice. Some things to consider; advertised hot tub is close during winter months, location is near a busy road with quite a bit of road noise and bowls and plates are plastic. Location is approximately 15 min from entrance to Arches National Park and even closer to downtown Moab.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to Arches and Canyonland. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the day.

Loved our rental, wish we would have had some patio furniture. The hammock was nice, but we had to move furniture from the living room to the patio to enjoy our evenings. The pool was nice and the view of La Sal mountain was amazing. Our stay was very nice, just a little sparse as far as furnishing outside.

This was a great place to stay and recoup after a five-day canoe trip. The kids loved the foosball and having their own bathroom and tv. We had s little trouble at first with sleep as the unit is right by a busy road, but we got used to it. We would recommend this place to anyone. Preston, our host, was polite and communicated well.

Property was very nice, new, and clean. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets and pool towels were provided. The kitchen had the basics but no extras. A step stool for kids would have been nice. Host was responsive during our stay, however I really appreciate when the host reaches out a week prior to stay and this host did not. The community pools and hot tub were quiet and nicely kept. Overall it was a great stay and I would book this property again!

The condo was perfect for us: My husband and I, our two little girls and my mother-in-law. Great showers, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and a decent kitchen/living area. We loved our stay here. We didn't need to use the amenities as we were out exploring all day but we were happy to have this place to come home to at the end of the day. Very comfortable! Tip: hold the light switches ON for a second, they are all on dimmers, which was great for nightlights too. Thank you for having us at your condo, Preston.

This was a great stay! The location was just south of the Moab downtown congestion, but still close to the parks, which is why we were there. The layout of the unit was great! Both rooms have an on-suite so the kids got their own space. We want to go home and buy the bed we slept in! It was sooo comfy! The lone drawback was that it’s right off a busy road. We are heavy sleepers, so it did not bother any of us. The host was quick to communicate and super easy check out, unlike some other places we have stayed. Highly recommend!! Especially perfect for families!

The townhome was clean and adequately stocked. It didn’t have some of the extras that make a rental home homey, but it worked for our family of 6. There are 2 pools and a hot tub in the complex that were well taken care of. We did have a major issue come up, but the manager was quick to respond. Like the listing says, it borders the highway, so make sure to bring a sound machine. One complaint was that we couldn’t find the actual thermostat. Everything is connected to the internet, so we had to adjust the AC that way, which was fine until the network wasn’t working. The lights are also all dimmers, so if they are turned low, they don’t click on quickly at the switch. It was fine once we figured it out, but we spent the whole first night holding down the switches until we figured out how to do it on the phone.

Stayed here during the Amasa Trail Run. Very clean property with all the dishes we needed. Great space. Only reason for the 4 star review is there was an additional renter agreement that had to be signed (one week in advance so no time to back out) and an extra 130 deposit taken. I’ve stayed in dozens of VRBOs and never had to sign an additional agreement or put down an extra deposit.

Property was as described. Had all amenities required. Well stocked with cooking utensils, appliances ect. There was a comment around noise from traffic which I didn’t find as a problem at all. Preston the host was very helpful and responsive. Although I was alone this would work well for 2 couples or a small family.
Improvements suggested the lights were initially hard to understand how to turn on as there is a smart lighting system. There was limited information around recommendations for the area. This was not a problem for me as I was familiar with Moab from past visits. I understand the practical side of having plastic plates but would have liked some glassware for drinking. Overall enjoyable experience.
