"Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and public areas, and very comfortable. Arguably the most central location in Manchester. Only slight niggle was the absence of bar staff. We twice had to go out for a coffee because there was no one to serve us. Is this a consequence of the National Insurance increase? Nevertheless, this is a great place to stay and I recommend it highly. "

"Very convenient location. Bit pricey though, especially the breakfast. Would recommend just buy some breakfast from China Town nearby. Room really quite old but quite clean. Shower was strong and that is very important for me."

"I am very happy with the hotel , it is right in the centre of the city on a very busy street. The room was of good quality and clean. Only issue was that the AC / heating unit in the room made a rattling noise when on so i couldn't really use it however there was a oil heating radiator unit in the room,. "
