"Clean room, great staff, easy parking, nice location. Shower should have a wider screen as water splashes everywhere during showering. Enjoyed the stay with family."

"Parking at an extra charge, with no signage to show the cost. On arrival staff to a while to show up and check us in. The check out staff were instantly on hand though, checked we were happy with everything. Only one chair in the room, for two people."

"3 of us stayed in 2 rooms for a couple of nights (family wedding nearby). Our room was clean, the bathroom overall clean, a little grubby on the wall tiles over the bath (probably limescale) the extractor fan wasn't working so it steamed up a lot, not a major problem though. The room was small, but fine for us. Our room (ground floor) was very quiet, due to not directly adjoining other rooms and being at the back of the hotel away from the road. The parking was easy, could park fairly close to the front entrance no problem. Good choice at breakfast, hot buffet available, fresh fruit, cereals, toast, pastries and were shown round were everything was on our first morning by a very helpful member of staff. Had a couple of evening meals in the bar, which were very nice. The staff all very helpful, friendly and polite. Easy check in and check out. A bit of a damp smell along the corridor but probably due to the swimming pool (didn't get chance to use that or the gym - which looked well equipped)."

"An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats. Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price."

"Good price for booking one day in advance. I would I stay here again? Probably not. Good for one night stop off heading North, but I can’t see it being an ideal location for a short break. "

"Hotel is being used as an Asylum seekers hotel, not an issue initially then had kids running up and down the corridors past midnight, loud misic at 4.45am - not a pleasant nights sleep "
