"Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. "

"The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I couldn't fault any one of them but I would mention abby particularly. The service was impeccable and the food was very food. Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice. We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating. I would highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly visit again."

"Beautiful country hotel, small and personal service, delightful comfortable en-suite rooms, warm inviting pool - often to ourselves, incredible top class gourmet food - formal dining and bar food served in the warm and cosy bar area or the relaxing lounge. So much choice at breakfast, all delicious, everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the open terrace overlooking the pond. A real joy to stay here."

"A good location with car parking at the back. Comfy beds, although our room was a bit small. If we had have been staying more than one night we would have wanted a bigger room. The food for breakfast and dinner was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. A large beer garden at the rear and a large screen to watch the football on."

"The location was perfect, staff friendly helpful and kind warning about the football. We were a little worried but was actually ok, only a little noise when England scored which we cant complain at. Loved our stay, cute locatipn and our evening meal was exactly what we needed."
