"It’s a nice property. Very hard to park nearby as the streets are busy with limited spaces. Unfortunately, Lecce doesn’t have much to offer with regard to sightseeing, even though this is close to the historic porto. Breakfast was okay but staff watched the eggs and meat be depleted down to a few pieces and did not replenish them even though people were still eating. It would have been nice to have a full breakfast regardless of the proportions the earlier diners scooped up, unless no one had...

"By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero."

"The place is located close/walking distance to the city center. We have to call the proprietor as this not a hotel, we were asked to pick up our keys at the caffe (where we had our Italian breakfast- delicious pastry and coffee too). The room was on 3rd floor, elevator is working well. The building is clean and safe. The only thing we have to say was the bathroom door doesn't close (looks like door was smaller??). Our hostess was very helpful and pleasant. "

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
