"Our stay was amazing. We loved Lecce and also saw Galliopi and ostuni. Our hosts, Mauro and Dora were fabulous. Breakfast was prepared with love, mostly homemade and plentiful. The coffee was fabulous. Everything clean and tidy. Mauro even helped us with our luggage at the train station upon leaving. I would give 10 stars if I could!!"

"Great location in heart of Lecce. Breakfast at cafe (included) was a wonderful way to start the day. Nice clean room with great view of the amphitheatre. Great for city break. I would definitely come back. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at La Corte. Situated perfectly at the edge of the historical centre, meaning an easy walk to the sights, restaurants and bars of the city, whilst also keeping a quiet atmosphere to rest in. Francesco was a fabulous host, bringing us sweets every morning for breakfast & giving advice on the city and things to do in the area. "This is a lovely B&B with on street parking which is easily walkable into the old town, and is good value for money. The indoor and outdoor communal areas are good but we were expecting access to kitchen/coffee making facilities from the facilities write up, but this wasn’t the case. "By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. One day the person who clean the room, left the room with our door wide open fir anyone to get in and left his or her key in our door. So safety is zero."

"I booked the hotel as it was described as wheelchair accessible and I even emailed the property to confirm. They replied that it was indeed wheelchair accessible. When we arrived, I could not get past the bed in my wheelchair or enter the bathroom. The toilet had no hand rails and the shower has a step to enter it and also no handles or a shower seat. It was totally unsuitable for my needs and we had to find another hotel."

"Great B&B in Lecce. Friendly professional staff. Large room good quality mattress and pillows. Breakfast was adequate with good coffee. We left early when checking out so staff left us breakfast… very thoughtful. A great place to stay walking distance to most amenities. Thank you and we’ll see you next time. "

Pretty much pedestrianised, though there are a few cars but they give way to people. "Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"It has an excellent location, on the high ground, very near the tower which gives the town its name. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with (in many cases) superb views out over the bay. Great food and service. As well as the restaurant there is a friendly cafe in the hotel. If you`re coming by car, expect a slightly circuitous route around the town`s quasi-one way system; and aim for the parking spaces marked with white lines (very near the hotel) ... and get a (free) parking permit as soon as you check in. Altogether a delightful and memorable place. . "

"Such a stunning find. A personable hotel, we were gifted an upgraded room for my birthday. I didn’t expect such a chic hotel, the staff were super friendly, the coffees delicious, breakfasts stunning. The cheese trolley with homemade cheese and homemade olive oil was sensational. I would absolutely love to come and stay here again. We were so lucky to stay here. The pool areas with cabanas were fabulous. Just what we needed after a busy few days. "

"This property is perfectly located to enjoy Lecce! Many restaurants, shopping, plazas, historic sites nearby. Rooms are small, but very clean and well appointed. There is an elevator, but some rooms have a few steps to access. Breakfast was good. We will stay here again if returning to Lecce!"
