"Fantastic property with lovely garden and amazing pool. Everything is there you could possibly need including a BBQ. The hosts, Salvatore and Rosy could not be better without being intrusive. They gave us lots of advice about places to visit and eat. We had an amazing meal of local foods cooked by them on our first night brought to us, course after course- amazing! The washing service that Rosy supplied was amazing and so fast! We enjoyed our time so much- we will definitely be returning!!"

"The house is even better in real life than on the pictures. The renovation has been amazing, all the bedrooms have their en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen is huge and fully equiped. We had an amazing stay! All the beaches are within 20-45 minutes. There are a handful of nice restaurants in Ruffano itself. The supermarket is 5 min away. The layout was a bit unusual with one full bathroom next to the kitchen and not near either of the main bedrooms. We only found out about a third bedroom into our stay. "The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. "The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"The country setting near Otranto was stunning with sunrise views and great outdoor spaces. The indoor facilities were more rustic but comfortable in keeping with the rural nature of the property. Parking and easy access to Otranto and surrounding areas was a plus. The hostess was gracious and attentive to our concerns. The quick laundry service was a definite plus.
