"Lovely small hotel in the middle of town. Having a cars a challenge! Staff helped to make it easy. Very professional staff. Violin in the breakfast restaurant is a nice touch."

"The Tivoli is a Beautiful luxury hotel! We appreciated the upgrade to a suite with a terrace! Beds extremely comfortable with lovely linen. All staff professional, polished, and sincere. Breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious. Location is perfect. Lecce is a wonderful walkable, safe, clean city. Shop Merchants are all pleasant. Will definitely return again."

"Wonderful, bravo, multo bene. Great hosts, incredibly helpful, could not have been more helpful, spotless accommodations, great location—in a quite part of the old town, but right near everything! You can not beat the value if your heading to Lecce!"

"The hotel is very modern and conveniently located close to the center. Possible to walk or a very short drive. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is very good. Free parking and EV charges is a great feature if you are on a self drive through the region"

"Our stay at Palazzo Sant’Anna was made truly special by the extraordinary kindness and hospitality of the entire team. From the moment we arrived, Daunia, Matteo and Alessandro welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. It was far more than simply a hotel welcome — from the very beginning, we felt sincerely cared for. A very special mention must go to Daunia, the General Manager. She took the time to understand what would make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and then went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected to ensure my wife and I had a wonderful experience in Lecce. What impressed us most was not simply what she did, but how she did it — with incredible warmth, generosity and genuine care. It felt personal, and it meant an enormous amount to us. Alessandro and Matteo were also fantastic, always warm, attentive and ready to help, and that wonderful hospitality continued throughout our stay. Palazzo Sant’Anna is beautiful, but what we will remember most are the people. Genuine hospitality comes from the heart, and Daunia and her team have it in abundance. Thank you, Daunia, Alessandro and Matteo. You made our time in Lecce truly special. We would return without hesitation."

"Great location, beautiful unique design! We just loved it. Valet parking and many cool sitting areas with so much to look at! Our room was on a level with only stairs but not just any stairs, it’s not much different than walking in the old city, in fact it made it very unique! We’ll be back!"
