"It’s a nice property. Very hard to park nearby as the streets are busy with limited spaces. Unfortunately, Lecce doesn’t have much to offer with regard to sightseeing, even though this is close to the historic porto. Breakfast was okay but staff watched the eggs and meat be depleted down to a few pieces and did not replenish them even though people were still eating. "By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. "The place is located close/walking distance to the city center. We have to call the proprietor as this not a hotel, we were asked to pick up our keys at the caffe (where we had our Italian breakfast- delicious pastry and coffee too). The room was on 3rd floor, elevator is working well. The building is clean and safe. The only thing we have to say was the bathroom door doesn't close (looks like door was smaller??). Our hostess was very helpful and pleasant. "

"We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily.
