"Beautiful place with great pool and wonderful staff, they had a couple of events so restaurant was unavailable - disappointing as it was a long drive for us / and I really don’t like driving at night to eat - even so / front desk arranged a restaurant reservation in the old town but warned parking could be an issue - after 45 minutes trying to park - gave up “ HANGRY “ / a place like this really should offer food . "

"Could not ask for a cleaner place to stay in the heart of historic Otranto. Breakfast is not included not even a coffee if you ask for one. More disappointing was that Expedia stated that parking is available, which was a search criteria we used. Had to park blocks away on street paying $15/day and haul luggage to hotel. I know this can be normal in the historic areas but not sure why description stated available. Lastly i can't thank Caterina enough for all of her welcomed suggestions on things to see and places to go. We dined at 2 amazing restaurants thanks to her recommendations and making reservations for us. Beautiful view of the marina! "

"Staff member checking us in was unfamiliar with SERVICE dogs. That created a little friction, but was resolved. The room was comfortable, except for loud mechanical noises all night. The water pressure is excellent, but the shower is a bit small. The breakfast was adequate. "

"Our room was very large and clean. Breakfasts were good. The location is great and if you don’t want to pay to park in the hotel there is a free option nearby. The spa area is ok but you have to pay 30 euros per person for 90 mins. The WiFi in our room didn’t work for the first 2 days of our trip which was very annoying and no one seemed to care. "

"This was a wonderful place with fantastic staff. Had a few glitches in our room, but it could be because it was either new or newly renovated. We had rainy days so we didn’t get to fully appreciate the property, but would love to return someday. We had both dinner and breakfast and both were wonderful and plentiful. "
