"This is an excellent place to stay in Calimera. The property is perfectly located in the center, steps away from the old town square where you’ll find great cafes, pastry shops and restaurants. Necessities like the supermarket, bank, pharmacy are all a short walk away as well. The property itself is very clean, quiet and well-managed. It’s the perfect place to rest in between day trips. "Stunning place. Located on the center place of a tiny village in a real “palazzo”, we enjoyed the peacefulness, the charm of the place, the high ceilings of the rooms, the friendly staff and the small swimming pool. But what made it very special for us was the “feeling home atmosphere” because of the ability to sit around in different areas, in the garden, in the communal living room or in a “salon”. Exceptional breakfast as well. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Would come back. "

"Although the place in pictures was lovely as well as the view, and the staff friendly during our check in, be aware that there is no check in prior to 3 and no staff around before that. We were according to our check-in, upgraded, but our rooms were in the back building with a slight view of the sea. There are different style rooms with different amenities, therefore, I would be aware of what you want in the room. Also, as far as going swimming, it is not easy to get into the water especially if you have young children, cliffs and rocks are the norm. "
