"we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this. l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome. Breakfast was very good and the hotel shuttle to the beachclub was very convenient."

The old town is too inconvenient and touristy and crowded for an extended stay (I was there for a week), so I was glad to be just outside of it.
