"Wonderful, helpful owners/staff. Breakfast was delicious! The area has cafes, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. There is also a supermarket within a few minutes walk. If you want to explore further afield, you will need a car or expect to pay for taxis, as the area isn't served well with public transport (In May at least)."

"Die Unterkunft war perfekt um sich eine Auszeit zu gönnen. Der Pool war sauber und die Küche beinhaltete alle Utensilien, die man zum kochen braucht. Rosi und Salvatore waren sehr herzlichen. Die Unterkunft ist ein Ort, der dazu einlädt immer wieder dort anzureisen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub! :)"

"Three bathtub didn't work, the room had a high concentrating of mild spores it appears, as our allergies were terrible. There was no cleaning of the room while we were there and we had to request extra towels and tea. Several times throughout the day there was no staff on-site. Communication is via WhatsApp. If you're late you will be charged, even if you're in communication with the hotel on advance that your flight or train is late."

"We like the spacious room. It has everything that we needed. It’s a beautiful Agriturismo that has a restaurant which we ate there for the 3 nights we stayed there. Food was ok and of good valued. Felt somewhat lonely with very few guests because it was the low season in April. Special mention about Gabriela who did a splendid job welcoming us and offered tips on sightseeing around the area."

"This is a beautiful property. The house is a little dated and the large property could use some care (weeding, outside cleaning, tools for the outdoor La Parilla/La Brace (wood fired oven, etc.)). But the hosts make up for shortcomings by being responsive and helpful. They hand delivered local pastries, a bottle of wine was present at check in, they rushed over when we had trouble with the entry gate, etc. Truly great hosts that want to make your holiday special. We would stay here again if planning a trip to Salento."

"Staying at Nohasi Palace Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure every little detail of our stay was taken care of. It's rare to find a team so genuinely invested in your experience. The property itself is breathtaking. The architecture, the grounds, the thoughtful touches throughout. The food was great too, from breakfast featuring homemade pastries original to Puglia to dinners that didn’t disappoint. And no stay here would be complete without meeting Mamini. The hotel's resident cat has clearly appointed herself the official welcoming committee, and she takes the role very seriously. After long, sun-soaked days exploring the stunning Puglia region, Mamini was there to welcome us back and see us to our room. We would recommend a stay at Nohasi Palace for anyone seeking a hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of Puglia. "

"Starting with arrival - this hotel was “difficult”. Difficult to locate using Google Maps, parking was off-site (about a block away and unsecured). Our room was on the second floor - not only was there no elevator, but the stairs were literally from another century - stone, worn uneven with time. Absolutely no help with our bags. Did I mention it was complicated with pouring rain? Yeah, the “lobby” of this hotel is open-air, so the floors were puddles of water, steps were wet - well- they were outside! It was a relief to get inside of the room. The room itself was fine, comfortable enough, nice bathroom, but for me the inconveniences of this place outweighed the positives. There was a continental breakfast included which was nice, nothing special. You need to ask for your cappuccino to be “caldo” or it will come room temperature. The staff was pleasant enough - absolutely no complaints. We actually ended up checking out a day early! I definitely will be looking for another option next time we’re in the Maglie area. No value here based on the price. "

"This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us Valentina Daisy Maria Marianna & Ricardo Thank you all so much!! "

"From the moment we booked, this hotel was fab. The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was. The room was spacious, light and clean. They cleaned our room every day, and left clean towels when needed. Plenty of space to park, for free. The continental buffet style breakfast was always kept filled with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fresh bread, cooked meats, cheese, juice and lots of great cups of coffee! Daniel made our Americanos as soon as we arrived daily! The staff were all lovely and friendly. Beds were very comfy. The only slight niggle was a loose shower head. Outside was beautiful, with lots of flowering plants and fruit trees. The pool area was so pretty. It could benefit from a deeper clean of the pool, a bit sandy. But overall, we had a lovely, relaxing time. It was easy to drive to small villages and to the coast for days out. Local food was amazing at Kilo, amazing steaks, and at Prosit, fabulous little ice cream balls coated in chocolate. "
