Ten minutes walk to the beautiful beach, but uncomfortable walk, because of the traffic, and not much space for walking. Under August sun it becomes challenging. Der Kühlschrank war mit Obst, Getränken und selbstgemachter Marmelade bestückt. Es gab alles, was für ein italienisches Frühstück nötig ist. "We echo all the good comments and give this place an A+ for location, cleanliness, elegance (ironed linens!!), and friendliness. We stayed here while "working from home", so not having WiFi was challenging... yet, the view, proximity to restaurants (and yet quiet setting), etc., more than made up for it. Not advisable for those who cannot/dislike walking uphill as it is a nice steep walk from the beach but... hey, a cardio workout is nice, especially when followed up by a shower... outdoors!...
