"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alvise’s country cottage! He was incredibly friendly and helpful as a host. The location has a beautiful view and lots of privacy, which was more than worth the price. We were able to get some much needed rest and visit the surrounding sites, such as Cefalù, with ease. We would definitely return given the chance."

"This lovely gem in the Madonie mountains was better than we could have imagined. The house was gorgeous. The nearby village of Caltavaturo was charming and the surrounding country side was beautiful. We felt lucky to have found this spot, it was our favorite spot in our two week stay in Sicily. We hope to return and stay longer, 3 nights was not long enough. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. "

"Perfekte Lage, 2 min zu Fuß zum Strand mit Restaurants und Bars. Supermarkt 5 min mit dem Auto, der mobile Bäcker kommt jeden Morgen in die Strasse. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche drinnen und Außenküche mit Gasherd und Kohlegrill. Also alles da, was 4 Personen brauchen. Der Manager gibt sehr brauchbare Tipps für die Umgebung und ist auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit, Check in und Check out sehr gut, wir haben‘s genossen."

"This apartment is in a nice quiet town and well equipped with an excellent shower and bathroom. The hostess was kind to collect us from the station. Unfortunately there is no bus to Campofelice to meet the train arrivals but perhaps this will happen one day. Lovely view from the upper floor balcony over the sea."

"We were 2 couples and spent 1 week at this very big house with this really fascinating architecture and great view over the sea! It has a very nice pool and a direct entrance to the the little beach. Most of our time we spent on the upper floor area - the ground floor area seemed a bit too dark to us and not very inviting. "We spent a truly wonderful three weeks at L’Opuntia sul Lago in Sicily. Francesco was a very helpful host, responding promptly to our small number of queries. He came to maintain the swimming pool several times a week, and did an outstanding job, spending time ensuring that the pool was spotlessly clean and in excellent working order.
