"The apartment itself is OK! It’s whoever’s operating the place that is a complete disaster! The AC was not working when we arrived! And we contacted the person to fix numerous times they responded to us once with something that was unhelpful, and they never responded again not even when we purely asked that they prorate our fee so that we could stay somewhere else! DO NOT stay here!"

"Villa Cava Grande is a beautifully restored traditional farmhouse set in a wonderful secluded location with views over the Siracusa plain as far as Etna. The swimming pool makes the most of the view. We were met at the autostrada exit by Enzo so finding the house was no problem. Giorgio, who looks after the fields, gave us fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs. A very warm welcome in a fantastic place.
