"I cant write enough about how amazing this apartment is. The hosts were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped with parking, luggage and told ua the amazing history of the town. Im sad we didnt spend more time there. The accommodations were perfect. We will be visiting again."

"Lovely property, the outside area and pool are fabulous. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Cinzia was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us book a really good boat trip. Couple of good local pizzerias within 15-20 minutes walk, as well as a bar and an excellent bakery. We had a great week! "

"We spent two months in this lovely town, in an amazing house. Piero and Natalia were excellent hosts. The house is well equipped and the terrace is wonderful. The weather for November and December was very comfortable, even able to swim in the sea. The folks of Balestrate were kind and very helpful. "Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. The view form the property was incredible over the ocean and the house is located about a 5-10 min drive south of San Vito Lo Capo and it was very quiet and convenient. "Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving. "A fantastic hotel! Great location on the sea front and a 5 minute walk into town. The hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast varied and comfortable beds, air con etc. Fab pool with jacuzzi and a great bar/cafe. The staff were outstanding - very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Isabelle and Daniella - they arranged some special trips for us and went over and above to make our stay so enjoyable. You can’t go wrong booking this hotel … & worth trying to get a room with a terrace!! Brilliant holiday "
