"We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and especially liked the garden seating area in the morning and the upstairs balcony for sunset views in the evening. The hosts were very helpful and kind and even lent us their coffee machine. It was great just for relaxing but there are places to see nearby and we were very impressed with Mozia island and the Salt pans. The cycle track outside meant you could walk or cycle in safety. Thank you for a super stay."

"Owner Eugenio and wife Angela were the perfect hosts.. nothing was too much trouble.. arranged a friend to drive us shopping as we didn’t want to hire a car…recommended where to eat and drink..etc. Villa was beautiful so was the garden and pool. Highly recommend if you want to relax.. we even enjoyed the steep walk back to the villa after a few Aperole spritzers!!!"

"This house was beautiful and the pool was fantastic but the road to the house was very dangerous and guests definitely need a four wheel drive to get to the house. The house was a bit spooky at nights. Top floor was very noisy and everything shook when you moved and lots of noise from rats in the walls, and birds and shutters moving... so a bit scary for my taste. However Paolo was super nice and took very good care of us."

"We had a wonderful holiday while staying in Vincenzo’s property. The house was rustic which we loved and had everything we needed. The outdoor area is big and we made full use. The shared pool is lovely. Vincenzo is a great host responding immediately to any communication. "Loredana was so kind, showed us around the property and answered all our questions. We had an amazing time which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pictures do not do the view justice and the view just gets better from that amazing pool as the sun sets! Great location, secluded enough to feel alone but 5 or so minutes from essentials such as supermarkets and restaurants. The house was an excellent base for our holiday in this part of Sicily, and was a pleasure to come back to each night."

"We had a really good stay. The house has good qualities and the outside area are lovely. Lots of space, secure property, nice pool and a small «Zoo» as neighbor. The small city of Balestate is really nice. Good restaurants, cafees and small shops. And nice people. Not many tourists, but the locals makes the town lively at night. We walked to the restaurants. It takes about 30 min. We can really recommend this place."
