"The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. "Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."
