10/10 Excellent

"We stayed a few days and enjoyed the Azzoli. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is amazing inside an old church with glass walkways! Our room was clean and stylish, soft comfy bed and roof terrace and pool were great. Bathroom did smell a bit and we had the noise of the pool above us but overall a fine time had by all! Also great location in old city."

"The hotel doesn't have parking. We had to park in the city parking lot and pay the meter. It wasn't a big deal since it's right across the street from the hotel. Check-in was very nice. Giovanni, the receptionist, was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working in the entire building!!! The room was incredibly hot. We opened the window, and mosquitoes invaded the room because the screen had a large hole. Giovanni, was very kind and managed to get us a small fan, which, to be honest, made more noise than it did any relief from the heat. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and the waiters were very attentive."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient position, close pretty much to everything in Trapani. The stuff is wonderful! So helpful and friendly an excellent example of authentic Sicilian hospitality! Last but not least the complimentary breakfast, including a beautiful assortment of Sicilian home made pastry . Can’t wait to return ! Thanks Trapani Inn! "
