"Hotel Donna Rosa is a home away from home. My husband and I stayed for three nights and were sad to leave. Carolie treated us like family and we met many wonderful travelers over breakfast. Which is delicious, by the way! The location is steps from the beach and near Taorima as well. We will definitely be back. 🌷"

"It’s a beautiful hotel with its own beach. Super helpful staff and the food at the restaurant is delicious. Very warm and friendly. Rooms are great with the best view of the ocean. "

"The hotel is wonderful. Rooms (especially the ocean facing ones are beautiful with big balconies…note however you do lose sun in late afternoon) Breakfast very good, staff very attentive. A lovely pool area as well and proximity to beach is amazing just 20 steps. Parking is available and is good.(important for Sicily) The hotel could do with a paint job on outside but don’t let that put you off inside is great. The hotel would benefit from offering some kind of shuttle service to Taormina or even Lettojanni. As location is very isolated. 25-30 euros taxi ride to Taormina. Even lettojanni is a 30 min walk and bus connections to Taormina are sporadic and unreliable. Some kind of golf buggy service even at a charge for guests would be ideal. All in all superb place and would definitely stay again."

"Lovely place. Giada paid attention to us as if she were the owner. Convenient location to the port. 10 minute walk to the ferry, retaurants and shopping. Excellent breakfast. We will be staying at the same hotel next week upon our return from Stromboli."

"I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."
