"Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this resort. Will come back again soon."

We love the service here and staffs are very friendly and polite.The resort also has electric taxi to take you to into the town with small fee. "We had a great stay here our room ‘was very spacious and well appointed. Lots of storage for your things. The view was nice from the room. There is construction right now but you still have a view. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff are very helpful! I definitely recommend this hotel."

"We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Incredible views from our room & balcony. We even saw some wild goats. Nice walk to town and around the bend. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Great deal of major construction going on in town & in the waterfront in front of the hotel….but it was OK…..even interesting to watch. Enjoyed our morning breakfast every day. Beautiful location amongst the karsks."

"Very luxury feel on the boat. Staff very friendly and attentive. Great food options and they catered very well for dietary requirements. Only negative was that the evening canapés/drinks on the top deck felt a little tacky and slightly like a school disco at times, and the canapés were not great (half a grape on a slice of stale baguette)."
