"At check in I had an issue with my room which was all resolved and I was upgraded. Dildara at the desk made the entire process really smooth she went up and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and checked in on me to ensure I was still happy. This made my entire stay extremely pleasant. Customer service is excellent. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice too. Room was of a great size it was cleaned regularly water was replaced daily too as well as teas and coffees. Breakfast was great. This was my 2nd time staying here and there definitely will be a Third. "

"The stay was amazing and it's right outside the Rumi Tombs and mosque. The staff were also amazing. They helped with booking taxi and were accommodating to a late check out too. Really nice family run hotel. "

"The property is convenient for the centre of town, but in a very poor condition. They are extending the hotel across the road and working late into the night keeping us awake. The breakfast was poor and the general cost was high considering the facilities provided. We were bitten by bed bugs and would certainly not recommend this hotel in its current state."

"We felt very welcome with advice about places to eat, etc and service was good. Superb location for visiting the Rumi tomb and central Konya. The room was adequately sized for a few days stay, with plenty of storage. The beds were very comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet though the hotel was located in the heart of town. Good bathroom as well. The lobby is spacious and a nice place to sit for a coffee or tea."
