"I called earlier in The day to ensure the 2 rooms I booked would be available as I knew I would be checking in late. I was told by the person. Who picked up that I had until 2:30am. When I arrived at 10 I was told that they had no rooms available. My family and 2 small children was told that we will need to find another hotel. After about 3 hrs 1am in the morning they has rooms that were cleaned. Disgraceful. I had paid and booked these rooms well in advance"
"The hotel was so seedy and felt so unsafe. As a single female traveler i definitely did not get any sleep nor will i be staying there again. As soon as i pulled in to the parking lot there were men idling, the lobby smells like a sewer as soon as you walk in and the extra chain on the room door makes you feel like you’re in an apartment on the bad side of town."
