"Not a good start, when check in took over an hour for the two rooms that were pre booked. Then one of the rooms was dirty. The replacement room we were offered was also dirty so we stayed where we were because we had been delayed going to our event because of the check in. Constant lies from the staff when we complained about it being investigated and coming back to us and some 6 days after our stay I was still having to call them to chase them up. Still having settled on a solution yet as I was offered 1/3 of a refund. Not good enough when the start to our stay was marred from the offset and we in our minds the who time of our visit. Would stay there again based on staff lack of respect, customer service and lack of communication. Not what one expects from the Radisson Group."
