"No hot shower! This is NOT a romantic getaway vacation! When I informed the desk attendant that I didn't have a hot shower in the morning, she said she would have someone adjust it. I told here that I wasn't staying another day and asked if they would discount my stay. She said that the showers are fed by the same spring as the pools, indicating that they had no control over the temperature; even though she had just told me that they could adjust it. She made it clear that she really didn't care about my experience (or that management doesn't and that she has no power in such matters). Her attitude was that she just wanted me to go away. Didn't even respond when I said "Take care". The property is marketed as a luxury hotel with mineral bath pools. What you get is a Motel 6 with pools of different sizes and temperatures. You'll find children and teens splashing each other. It's not a relaxing environment; even in the evening/night when one could reasonable expect things to calm down. At the bar, one of the patrons was watching shorts on his phone with the audio on for all to see and the bartender didn't say a word. Perhaps this is what we should expect in our modern world where nobody has consideration for anyone else anymore. Or perhaps we just need to pay more for a decent experience. As the old saying goes: "You get what you pay for.""

"Room was outdated and needed lots of maintenance. The window curtains had smudges and the room smelled old and stuffy. The staff was ok. The outdoor pool did not seem the cleanest and needed some upkeep and renovating. Dining at the in-house restaurant was OK but not great. Stayed there about 8 to 9 years ago and it was much better. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"Room 130 was absolutely horrible… Room 130 wasn’t even fit for my dog or cat… Room 130 was located right next to the exit door… Every time somebody would go in and out, the door would slam so hard that it woke us up every single time we got zero sleep… I told the front desk and there was no concern at all for the lack of sleep that I got i’m requesting a full refund. I didn’t get any sleep at all and either did my wife…."

"We had an incredible stay, super kid friendly. From the lazy river, splash pads and activities for the kids it kept them busy. Drinks were great and staff were friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon"
