"Avoid at all costs Staff are unhelpful and borderline rude. Booked a double room for sole occupancy and was given a twin room. When I protested this was not what was booked I was fobbed off. I asked to speak to the duty manager and waited over 30 minutes before going back to reception. Duty manager was aware I’d asked to speak to them but decided I wasn’t her priority. Fobbed off that the hotel was fully booked and could not change my room and offer no alternative so agreed they would give me a refund and checked out. Went to another hotel. Now radio silence and struggle to get an answer from them with regards the refund. This hotel is tired and dated and the room I was given just felt unclean so I wasn’t prepared to stay there. Won’t be going back "

"Stay it wasn’t pleasure at all. Electric problem with my room The bed was cracking like crazy I couldn’t sleep. Food, it was horrible. Service it was horrible, I was scared to ask for anything. I think they should treat the stuff to smile a bit more. I have visit other Apex Hotels and my experience it wasn’t like this. "

"Communication before arrival was great making getting there and into the flat stress free. The flat was very comfortable, immaculate and well appointed."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Argyle View. The location was really quiet and the garden was great for the dog being large and secluded and brilliant for sniffing! The owner was superb particularly with communication making sure all our holiday needs were met. Overall a very positive holiday experience."

"Station View in Dunblane is small but very nice and modern, a comfortable place to stay in town close to cafes, shops, and more. However, just a few hours before my arrival, the host messaged me several times to confirm I was still visiting, then called in a panic about an incoming storm and said she had to cancel. Her gripe was about having to clean the place before my arrival, and ultimately her husband did it, albeit begrudgingly. The storm wasn’t severe, and while the stay went ahead as planned, the last-minute stress was unnecessary and frustrating."

"We were very impressed with this property! The hallway from the street to the stairs is quite rustic but once you get to the top floor flat, the property is beautifully furnished, clean and very comfortable.The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were clean and modern. Great shower and bathroom, the beds and bedding were very comfortable and the living room had a contemporary feel with comfy sofa and large screen TV with a great selection of channels.All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment."
