"The owner and staff at this hotel are wonderful. They wete kind and generous. The location opposite the duomo next to a bar and restaurant was perfect. The rooms are funky and fun. There is a kettle for tea and coffee in the room, which was terrific. Fabulous place to stay!"

"Xenia is a nice place with big rooms in sn old apartment house. It has great charm and atmosphere. The breakfast is good and incl. what one can expect. The traffic in the morning was a bit disturbing. "

"This is a multi-generational family-run property and they make you feel like family. It is just outside Piazza Amerina and a few minutes drive from the must-see Villa Romana. So much easier than trying to drive to and park at a hotel in the city. Parking is free. There is a restaurant onsite, which is also where you check in/out. The bed was comfy and the room & bathroom were spacious. Everyone from the owner & his mother to the extended family and cleaning staff treated us warmly. "

"The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. It would also be helpful to have separate heating in the bathroom along with hotter water for the shower."

"Für 2 nächte ganz ok.gute lage. Leider ist es eeeextrem ringhörig. Wir haben jedes wort der nachbarn verstanden. Auf den betten waren matratzentopper, die nicht die selbe grösse hatte und total verlegen, so dass ich zu meinem mann rugelte."

"Accueil par du personnel qui garde ses lunettes de soleil. Pour l'accès aux chambres, ça a donné l'impression d'être remisé dans un coin de l'hôtel. Beaucoup de fils électrique qui pendouillent au plafond ici et là... Et situé en contre bas d'une nationale. 4 étoiles sur la façade de l'hôtel, 3 sur ce site..."

"La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda, vicino al centro. L'host cortese e gentile. È stato facile fare il ceck in ed il ceck out. L'unico neo riscontrato, a mio avviso, è la pulizia in quanto l'appartamento doveva essere pulito meglio. Sarebbe stato opportuno un passaggio ulteriore di pulizia in quanto c'era polvere e formiche vicino al balcone del soggiorno."
