Pas de service voiture entre la résidence et l aéroport ni de taxi surtout quand vous avez un vol à 6h du matin, utiliser l application YANGO pour vos déplacements entre 23h et 7h du matin ."

"Problème d'humidité au mur surtout au 4e étage, serrure de porte brisée, wifi offert mais pas de connexion internet, aucune fiche avec les numéros d'appel de la réception ou du restaurant dans les chambres, télévision disponibles mais pas d'image, commode de lit pas nettoyé... Le service a la réception est irréprochable, cependant, il est pire au restaurant."

"The property is in a great location, removed from the busy, noisy main roads, but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. The cleaners do a good job keeping the property clean and all appliances and equipment work well. The living spaces are modern, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. They offer excellent quality WiFi free. The best part about my stay was the attentiveness of the concierge, La Douce. She communicated very well and did everything to make sure the stay went smoothly....

"The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment."
