"The quote literally made us wait until exactly 4 to check in after a two hour drive. We specifically chose this hotel for the location and hot tub availability. Extremely disappointed to find it was not working. No one told us, and there wasn’t a sign so we got dressed and went down stairs to step into an ice cold “hot tub”. Then we found one of the water bottles for purchase they leave on the desk in the room had been drank from. Very disappointing and frankly gross. "

"This was my first VRBO and I was hesitant. I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for a convention and it was short safe walk to the convention center which really made it nice. There are a lot of really great places to eat within short walking distance (I’m picky about restaurants and walking too far). It’s mad it nice because parking can be hassle. Check-in was a breeze and the people were very friendly. The apartment has everything you need. It was nice and clean with all the amenities. A huge bonus was the parking in back. 9 for 24 hours. Can’t beat that and it’s right by the entrance. I will definitely be booking with them next year. "

"This place is right smack dab in the middle of Richmond, with cheep hourly parking and hotel daily parking. You and your friends can legit walk the strip and find lil convenient stores, restaurants, dive bars, clubs and raves. And it's all near the Richmond convention center, just make sure you check the time frames for everything. This place was simple and friendly, we loved it."

"We loved our visit to Richmond. Proximity to convention center was ideal for us - 6 block walk. Broad Street is a quick walk away. We highly recommend Tarrant’s restaurant. This home worked wonderfully for us. We did turn the heat way down to keep the bedrooms cooler so the supplied space heaters were much appreciated. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest that you bring a box fan to drown out city noise. Host is very attentive. We will stay here again if we return! "
