"Paid for a two bed room only got a one bed and they gave me a handicap room no hot water and front desk was rude "

"The office staff wasn't very helpful. I little smart ass to be blunt. The room was wasn't great. TV had snow on the screen and couldn't really watch it. Has a bad cable. Wifi was very limited and since there isn't any cell service, made it difficult. The place could be nice if they just brought it into the current decade."

"The hotel needs major renovations to the rooms and bathrooms. Toilet didn’t flush correctly and insects were discovered in the first room assigned to me."

"Overall the stay at this hotel was good. However, the floor in my room was very dirty. I let the staff know it was dirty but it didn't seem like they cleaned it after I let them know so wasn't happy about that. Also, I did not like that there was no included breakfast. Given the price of the room their should be a complementary breakfast. Those are my only complaints as the hotel was actually nice and so was the staff. The pool and spa was great as well."

"No sheets on beds, just duvet and mattress cover, lots of wooden stairs to climb to room, covered with gravel and tree debris, not safe. No hand towels, we asked for them and they said they do not carry them. Showers limited to 7 minutes. Cafe had good food and good servers."
