We really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, pool was nice and clean, staff was super friendly. The only thing we would say that wasn't what we expected was the breakfast, if you can even call it a breakfast (Nutri-Grain bars and mini muffins). Other than that our stay was awesome.

Sevierville has lots of choices for hotels. This one was a blind booking - needed a place close to the convention center. What a NICE surprise! VERY friendly staff, and when my luggage didn't show up until 24 hours later.... they were right there calling me at my event to let me know. My room had a corner fireplace - very nice touch on a chilly night!

We had a great time! Staff was very friendly and accommodations were clean. My daughter accidentally left her ta let and they called and we were able to go back and pick it up!

Comfortable clean and the staff were super nice.

Breakfast was great. Staff friendly. Only neg. was the coffee in the room not replaced daily. Will stay here again.

ALSOME PLACE TO STAY

Great property and the staff is very accommodating. I missed my flight and checked in late and they helped me with refunding a day with Expedia. When I come back to Tennessee, I’ll definitely be back here.

Very nice and very clean! Great owners! Its nothing fancy or expensive. We love staying here. We have stayed several times!

Loved the whole facility. Only thing I would like to see different is the breakfast menu changed up a little.

Great place will stay again in the future.

We love this hotel. We consider it our little Pigeon Forge secret. It is always clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times with our dog. The rooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly. However, there's almost always stains on the white duvet and bedding. It would recommend that housekeeping inspect these linens and pull them for either treatment or replacement on a regular basis. The provided breakfast is very much like what you would get at a gas station, and it looks like they use powdered eggs and instant coffee machines. Parking is often an issue if...

Staff was helpful. Check in line took awhile, followed by a person that wanted to get you to listen to time share offers. Which we have no interest, own 2 homes already. Had a fun time with 2 grandkids for Holloween festivities. Pool was great fun, arcade (4 machines took our money, didn't work, attendant gave us credit) ate at deli and burger place, both good.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms had a lot of room instead of the regular hotel rooms. Very clean and staff were very nice.

A good hotel.

beautiful place, comfortable. Cleaning crew need to do better. There was no shampoo or coditioner and you could tell counters were not wiped down

Lived staying at the Drury. Staff friendly, hotel very well maintained and clean. Kitchen/ bar food was reasonably priced . Free breakfast offered a variety of options and the kick back dinner was more than expected. Good variety, and overall all really good. The only thing I wish they had was a few more fire pits for outside. They have 2 but when the hotel is busy those seats fill up fast. Well definitely stay with Drury again 100%

Very nice stay. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Staff very professional and knowledgeable.
