Staff was extremely kind and helpful to me! The rooms I have stayed in are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and it’s easily accessible to the parkway to go down to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It’s typically quieter and calmer than the places closer to Gatlinburg.

What can I not say? This is the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Conveniently located to all attractions and food. Staff goes over and beyond to ensure the property is always clean.
