"The 1st room we were given was infested with roaches (I have pictures) and smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The room looked like it’s never been vacuumed or dusted. The Comforter had cigarette burns. It was nasty. They tried to give us another room but it was just as bad! That tells me that all of the rooms have to be this disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"Had to go down to the lobby to obtain ice which was inconvenient. The air conditioner was noisy as if something was clattering inside and made a loud sound every time it shut off. The flooring had something sticky on it in places and got on my shoes hence tracked sticky stuff throughout. Floor was obviously not mopped well after previous customer. The floor molding was missing in spots and unfinished look in bathroom behind the door. Toilet height is low so for senior citizen was difficult and...

"From beginning to end was a great experience. Really decent continental breakfast and super convenient room location and access. 24 hr operational pool is also a major plus"
