Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming house with mountain views and swimming pool to rent in Catllar. With a surface area of 200 m², it can accommodate up to 12 guests. You'll find a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, six pretty bedrooms and three shower rooms. A 360 m² garden completes the property. Wifi, bed linen and towels included: all that's missing is you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with a lounge area (TV, sofa, armchairs, books and board games, wood-burning stove)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Dining room
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Utility room (American fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer)
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A games room: snooker (available until September 2026) and darts
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190)

The house is ideally located in Catllar, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Discover Mont Canigou, the sacred mountain of the Catalans, ideal for nature lovers and hikers.
- Natural hot springs just a few minutes' drive away, perfect for a moment of relaxation in the heart of nature

- Mountain biking, hiking, climbing, canyoning in the Têt valley or nearby gorges
- River swimming in the natural spots or in the nearby lakes.
- In summer, you can also reach the Mediterranean Sea in 45 minutes to enjoy the beaches.
- In winter, you can reach the ski resorts in 1 hour.

- Visit the village of Eus, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France, just 5 minutes away.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
