Ero già stato all'Hotel Esperia lo scorso anno e mi aveva impressionato in positivo. La struttura è completamente ristrutturata,le camere sono confortevoli ed i letti comodi,anche la sala colazione e' stata migliorata rispetto allo scorso anno. I gestori sono persone sempre presenti e gentili con i clienti,sanno venire incontro alle esigenze sempre,con professionalità e cordialita' e risolvere qualsiasi esigenza. Hotel consigliato a tutti sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi.

Anche se abbiamo dormito solo una notte, é stata un’esperienza super positiva. Siamo riusciti a sfruttare un po’ dei loro servizi tipo spa é colazione e ci siamo proprio rilassati!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Hotel kann man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Kostenlose Parkplätze, kostenlose Fahrräder, nah am Strand und direkt in cattolica. Das einzige was schade war, dass man früh am buffett, sich das Essen nicht selber nehmen konnte. Ansonsten super Hotel mit sauberen, neuen Zimmern und top Klima. Danke für alles

Roberto has to be the nicest caring manager/owner I have come across. His family were also very welcoming. The property is older but the people make it special. Good location and free parking which is rare in Italy.

Nice Hotel close to everything

We stayed for Moto GP Roberto and Theresa were amazing They went out of their way to help Our first night we asked for a bottle of prosecco, when we came down from our room, we had a table outside with a lantern snacks and wine on ice Room with balcony very nice Hot tub area with loungers to relax and tan Bicycles to use Dinner at the restaurant was unbelievable This hotel is close to all shopping, the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. pool is not onsite, you need to walk to another hotel to use the pool. all around Great place to stay..

Viaggio molto e fa piacere quando grazie ad una super titolare ed a suo marito tu e la tua famiglia ti senti a casa. L'hotel è piccolino e rinnovato. Nulla fuori posto. I servizi ci sono tutti, dall'idromassaggio al ristorante, ascensore, parcheggio, frigo a/c e TV nelle camere. Niente di faraonico, tutto chiaramente in linea con la tipologia di hotel... familiare! A poche centinaia di metri da un mare con stabilimenti dove non manca nulla. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Grazie

Ein Kleinod

Wir haben 4 wundervolle Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen: Zentral, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, sodass man selbst am Moto GP Wochenende ruhig schlafen kann. Die Strandpromenade und die Fußgängerzone mit all den schönen Geschäften sind einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und äußerst geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es gibt eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das, was das Hotel zu etwas ganz Besonderem macht, ist die liebenswerte Hoteliersfamilie, die einen aussergewöhnlichen Rundumservice leistet, sodass man sich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt hat.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits en 1/2 pension dans ce petit hôtel familial idéalement situé au centre de Cattolica. L'accueil des propriétaires mérite une mention spéciale. Petit déjeuner et repas très bons. L'hôtel est tout près de la plage. Une très belle adresse pour les vacances.

Posizione vicina al centro e al mare ma sufficientemente distante dai punti piu' rumorosi, stanza appena rinnovata con frigo a disposizione, tv, buon wi-fi, idromassaggio sul terrazzo. Disponibili vicino all'hotel la piscina, la sauna, la palestra e le bici. Parcheggio in loco e colazione/brunch fino alle 12. Tutto e' incluso: cosa chiedere di piu' a un hotel poco stellato? Piccole lacune: la colazione è migliorabile, in particolare le macchinette che fanno un cappuccino osceno! Inoltre la stanza era un po' piccola per 3 persone. Cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari meriterebbero 6 stelle se ci fossero. Bravi, continuate così.

Superiore alle aspettative. Camera da 4 ben organizzata negli spazi, pulita e completamente ristrutturata. Colazione e cena buona ma non eccezionale. Posizione ottima, vicino a via Dante ed al mare. Personale e titolari gentilissimi.

Tutto Perfetto!

Decisamente un posto dove tornare! Sono arrivato la sera tardi con mio figlio che dormiva in macchina, la titolare è uscita in strada e ci ha guidato a piedi fino al parcheggio, davvero una cortesia che sorprende! Struttura nuova o ristrutturata da poco, stanza comoda e pulita, alcuni giochi per bambini in vari punti della struttura, eccellente il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Oltre le aspettative.
