"Beach Class is ok"

"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."

"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

" Tivemos uma estada muito agradável! As instalações estavam bem cuidadas, os funcionários (TODOS) extremamente educados e a localização era excelente — perfeita para quem quer descansar e ao mesmo tempo ter fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. O ambiente era acolhedor, limpo e silencioso, o que contribuiu bastante para a experiência positiva. No entanto, o único ponto que deixou a desejar foi em relação aos lençóis/edredons. Não existiam. "O hotel é bonito, aconchegante, os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Tivemos problema no ar condicionado, que infelizmente não gelou a noite e o café da manhã, se pedir algo que não está disponível na bancada, demoram cerca de 30/40min pra fazer."
