"We had a great stay at the property and the property manager was very helpful and prompt. The pool area is amazing and the views from the villa were lovely. The air conditioning was better in some rooms than others but I think we noticed this more due to a very hot week but overall this was a lovely place to spend a week with the family."

"We had a perfect stay at this poolhouse rented by juan! The whole house is extremely clean and all of the equipments you need are available at the house! The view is absolutely lovely and juan is a very nice and helpfull host! The pool is great and our kids and ourselves enjoyed it very much! We will be back!"

"Pros: The house had everything we needed and more, with all the facilities as shown in the pictures and plenty of space inside and outside. Was very clean and tidy on arrival. Marcelo the host was great, easy communication before arriving, friendly, helpful during the stay with recommendations of places to eat, taxis etc and flexible with check out times. Cons: Nothing wrong in regards to the villa, but no local shop so need to plan trips ahead for food/drink. Didn’t cause us any problems...

"Perfect. We had a lovely family holiday in Maremar. The communication from Peter and Lucy was excellent throughout. The house exceeded our expectation and the views were amazing. Maremar was a great base to explore all that Girona and the Costa Brava has to offer. I would not hesiste to book again when returning to this area."

"We spend a good time at the villa, which has very nice quiet location and great views of the sea. It is very practical and quite comfortable. The only recommendation I would give to the owner is to make a little investment into the towels (provided for additional charge) and kitchen utensils. Though the description says that the beach is 2.5 km from the villa you have to drive to it, which we considered as advantage visiting best beaches in Girona province. "We had a really great stay.The villa is super modern, in a quiet residential area on the coast. The house is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay (large kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 terrasses, AC in every room, ...).The large glass windows are quite impressive: you have spectacular sea views from almost everywhere inside the house. Also, we've enjoyed natural light from morning till dawn. The pool area is spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing throughout the day....

"We stayed at Vila Suro for 2 weeks in June 2011. We were 4 persons - two of them teenagers. The description of the Villa and all details got by the owner were a 100% correct and very detailled. Let's say - perfect. The pool is great and has a nice view to the ocean, even when it's night. Supermarkets are nearby. I can recommend this property for families and also for parents who are on vacation with teenagers. Barcelona is a one day trip away. No problem to go there by car, but be careful with...
