"Bonjour, L'annonce est alléchante mais pas suffisamment précise. Le mur d'entrée n'est pas engageant. Hormis la cuisine qui a été rénovée et qui possède les ustensiles en nombre, il manque certains éléments comme table à repasser, il y a un étendoir sans les pinces à linge.... La salle de bain laisse à désirer (plafond avec la trappe ???) rideau de douche à changer, pas de sèche cheveux. Le matelas est correct mais la propreté des couettes n'y est pas. Pas de moustiquaires aux portes et...

"This hotel was very great! Location was very useful, everything was so commutable and within walking distance. The pool was so refreshing, the entertainment is so much fun, breakfast was delicious with many options available. The staff were very kind. The one complaint would be about the room itself. The washroom area is very tight, and we found the bed to not be very comfortable, and could have been cleaner. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay with this hotel!"

"We were incredibly lucky to even find a last-minute room in a hotel in Tossa de Mar in August, are you kidding? The room was adequate. Me, my mom & my two college-age kids had a place to lay our heads. It’s extremely basic, but Tossa de Mar isn’t a place where you’re going to hang out in your hotel room. Note on the parking: if you are given the option to pay for parking, you will park in a lot about 3 blocks NE of the hotel, next to a major supermarket. In theory, there are temporary spots in front of the adjunct wing of the hotel (across the street) where you can park while you check in. But they’ll probably be occupied. So don’t count on it. It will be loud outside until 2am. It’s a beach town in Spain. Don’t whine. There are countless bodegas and cafes within 2 blocks. To clarify; this hotel has two locations facing each other. The breakfast/dinner cafeteria is in the one to the north, the pool is in the one to the south. You will be given a code to get into both buildings."

"A charming, comfortable stay in a great location I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is very clean and has a traditional character that I really liked—it adds to the charm and atmosphere of the place. Despite the very hot weather outside, the room temperature was perfect. It was comfortable and well maintained, with a pleasant ambient temperature without feeling overly cold from the air conditioning. The location is excellent, very close to the station and also very close to the beach. I especially loved having a balcony—it made the stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was also very easy and straightforward. I was surprised by some of the reviews saying that it was complicated. In my experience, it was simply the normal modern process of online check-in, and everything went smoothly. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would happily recommend the hotel. Don’t be put off by the reviews about check-in—it was easy and hassle-free for me."

"It’s a fabulous hotel, the staff are top-notch and so kind, the location is perfect. I loved being able to go from the pool to the beach very easily and using the chairs on the property versus having to rent a beach chair, but still being able to pop into the Mediterranean very easily whenever we felt like it. Breakfast was delicious, we will definitely be back!"
