The living and dining area is spaciously arranged and features a flat-screen TV along with electric shutters, creating a bright and comfortable environment for relaxation. From this space, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 13 m2, equipped with an electric blind and furnished with both terrace and balcony furniture, perfect for enjoying the surrounding views in comfort.
The first bedroom is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower room. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
